- Always answer the phone by left ear.
- Never take medicine with cold water.
- Avoid taking heavy meal after 5 pm.
- Eat healthy food in correct quantities.
- Drink more water in the morning, less at night.
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
- The best time for sleeping is between 10 pm and 4 pm.
- Don't lie down at once taking medicine/pills.
- Don't answer the phone when battery is down to last bar, because the radiation is 1000 times more.
