Important Health Tips for all

  1. Always answer the phone by left ear.
  2. Never take medicine with cold water.
  3. Avoid taking heavy meal after 5 pm.
  4. Eat healthy food in correct quantities.
  5. Drink more water in the morning, less at night.
  6. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
  7. The best time for sleeping is between 10 pm and 4 pm.
  8. Don't lie down at once taking medicine/pills.
